We Confirm Your Instructor and Vehicle
Once a suitable local, DVSA-approved ADI instructor has accepted the job, we confirm the booking and send you their name, contact number, and vehicle details (make, model, colour and registration).
Test Day
Your instructor and dual-control car meet you at the agreed time — usually with a short warm-up lesson beforehand so the car and route feel familiar. Any remaining balance is paid directly to the instructor on the day.
What If No Instructor Is Available?
If we can't confirm a suitable instructor for your booking, we tell you directly rather than leaving you waiting, and follow our refund or credit policy — details are included in your booking confirmation.
